Lillian Rune WC was borne out of the idea that people often experience a disconnect between their mind, body and spirit.  Many therapies address only one aspect of a person, never fully integrating the parts into the whole. Although these therapies are beneficial, we believe that people can achieve greater levels of health and happiness than ever before realized.  With this in mind, we have designed Lillian Rune Wellness Center.

 We are a group of healers who are dedicated to helping you regain balance in your life.  We offer clinical counseling provided by Illinois licensed therapists.  Our therapists can help you work through life transitions, sexual orientation (LGBT) issues, relationship problems, self-esteem challenges and mental health issues. We provide services to individuals, families, couples and groups.

 To encourage people to heal their bodies we offer yoga, massage, Middle Eastern Dance, and meditation.  Or you can come and enjoy a nap on our Biomat for a quick, restorative break. Many of us live a fast paced, highly stressful life. We seldom take time for ourselves. Relaxation is something we hear about, but just don't have time to do.  We notice the joy slipping away as we become more entrenched in a routine that keeps us disconnected from ourselves and others.  Decide to make a commitment to you and your health.  Join us for a class, massage, energy work or counseling.  All of these activities focus our minds and bring awareness to our bodies and breath, encouraging us to reconnect, release and relax.  

 When our minds and bodies are nurtured our spirit re-awakens.  Joy and meaning return to our lives.  Depression lifts and possibilities become boundless.  Lillian Rune Wellness Center also offers classes in Vision Quest, entrepreneurial support groups, self-empowerment groups and others to aid your spirit in its quest towards living an authentic life. We also offer smoking cessation to move you closer to optimal health.

 Stop by for a tour and a cup of organic tea.  Borrow a book from our library.  Or just sit and regenerate your mind, body and spirit.  Whatever you choose is alright with us!
